A declutter session provides you with an online buddy, supporting you to declutter or clean your home or workplace. This service supports you to overcome procrastination and get started. Your study buddy supports you to stay focused, and on task, to complete homework, essays, assignments and exam preparation. <br>*This is not a tutoring service.

Yes, I am an internationally accredited coach. I completed my training through ADDC and am IC= certified. Coaching is currently not a Government regulated industry, meaning anyone can call themselves a 'coach' without any training or recognised qualifications. Being an accredited coach, gives you the reassurance I am properly trained and qualified.
That's exactly why I offer advocacy support. I help you to know your rights, build the language, documentation, and confidence to push these conversations forward, and can support directly when needed.
No. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, a self-identification, or are still exploring what's going on, you're welcome here. Support is based on your lived experience, not paperwork.
Coaching is practical and forward-focused. Coaching includes building routines and strategies for daily life, rather than processing past experiences, which is what therapy focuses on. The combination of coaching, therapy and medical support can be life changing. The blog page has detailed information about coaching sessions.
Yes! It there is funding available for eligible Australian employees/self employed people, aged 14+.
